A professional water-based surface impregnator for all natural stone, porcelain, clay and precast concrete paving and flooring. 

Invisible, vapour-permeable protection against staining from oil, fat and grime with no change to colour or slip resistance.

Stain Protect Pro helps to reduce cleaning and maintenance costs.

Available sizes:

• 1-litre plastic bottles
• 5-litre plastic bottles
• 10-litre plastic bottles

Directions: 

• Do not dilute.  Apply when the surface is at least 10°C.
• Ensure the surface to be treated is clean and dry, apply Stain Protect Pro using a brush, sponge or roller, removing excess liquid as work proceeds. Allow to dry uniformly.
• Typically dry and open for walking after two hours.
• Full protection develops within 2-4 days.

If pre-treating paving units before installation, avoid coating the sides and base with Stain Protect Pro.

Apply 1-2 coats max. depending on the paving unit's porosity

Typical Coverage:

10-20 m² per litre, less for highly porous surfaces..

Storage:

≥12 months stored in original container in frost-free conditions
