Rapid setting high performance bedding mortar

tuffbed rapid is a pre-mixed, pre-packed, dry mortar for use where rapid early strength gain is important in order to permit early trafficking.

Very rapid early strength is achieved without compromising the basic performance requirements of a dedicated pavement bedding mortar.

Fundamental performance criteria such as Elastic Modulus and
shrinkage compensation are maintained within the demanding limits described in BS7533 parts 7 & 12.

A realistic working life for freshly mixed mortar means buildability on site is not adversely affected.

For heavy trafficking within 3 hours, refer to tuffsetG.
