PERGO have been manufacturing grout cleaning machines for over 20 years. Altogether the 880 model is a thoroughly professional machine.

The 880 model is the latest motorised grout cleaning machine and represents a considerable advance.
It is larger and more rugged than previous models and boasts new developments which place it ahead of the pack in every respect;
The 4 stroke, ohv petrol engine is quiet and reliable and the frame is built to last.

New facilities have been provided in the 880 model;
The ability to adjust the working height and pressure of the sponge on the pavement surface is now provided at the operator end of the machine, with a robust screw and slider mechanism.
The wheels have pneumatic tyres which roll gently over the pavement surface.

The 880 model uses a new hard-backed foam belt which will not stretch in use and is highly resistant to breaking even under the heaviest use. Provision is made to accurately align the belt in use.
The roller assembly can easily be lifted into the new, much larger water bucket.
The new larger water bucket provides more room for the operator to service the belt, even with the bucket in place. The water bucket can be fully withdrawn from both sides and is made of tough, shatter-resistant plastic.
